Using RentHive
By creating an account you agree to use RentHive to manage your own rental listings, bookings, and payments in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and pricing you publish and for the guests you accept.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. RentHive is not a party to the rental agreement between you and your guests and does not take a commission on your direct bookings. You are responsible for any taxes and fees you charge.
Account & termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for unlawful activity. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
